Sealing system

Gaskets and seals are components used in various parts of an automobile to prevent the leakage of fluids or gases and to provide a secure and tight seal between mating surfaces. Both play crucial roles in maintaining the integrity and functionality of automotive systems. Regular maintenance and prompt replacement of worn or damaged gaskets and seals are crucial to preventing leaks and ensuring the proper functioning of the vehicle.

Crankshaft seal:

The crankshaft seal, also known as a front main seal, is a critical component in internal combustion engines. Its primary function is to prevent oil leakage from the front end of the rotating crankshaft. Additionally, it acts as a protective barrier against contaminants, preserving the cleanliness and integrity of the lubricating oil. Made from materials like rubber or synthetics, the seal's design, often featuring a lip, effectively seals the rotating crankshaft and contributes to the overall efficiency and reliability of the engine.

Timing gasket:

In a sealing system, various gaskets are used to  create seals between components to prevent fluid or gas leakage. Common types  of gaskets include cylinder head gaskets, valve cover gaskets, and oil pan gaskets. These gaskets play a crucial role in maintaining the integrity of the sealing system and preventing leaks.

Seal glue:

Seal glue plays a crucial role in creating effective seals between components, preventing fluid or gas leakage in various systems. It can be applied to mating surfaces to fill gaps and irregularities, ensuring a tight seal between components.
